To track your order, just set up an account at checkout. You can then log in and check the most recent status of your order.
If you wish to add items to your existing order, then please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes after the order is placed.
We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team, within 30 minutes of placing your order, at email@example.com stating your wish to cancel your order.
If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
Macavri.com delivers to addresses in the UK only. Macavri.com does not deliver internationally at this time.
We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders. Delivery is usually made in 2-4 business days.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
We offer faster local delivery to addresses within a 20 mile radius of North Berwick, East Lothian, on orders over £50. Once you have entered an eligible postcode at checkout, you will be presented with the option for local delivery.
If you wish to change your delivery address please contact our Customer Service team, within 30 minutes of placing your order, at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your wish to change your delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
No matter the reason, we're happy to accept returns up to 30-days from the time of your purchase, completely free of charge. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for returns.
If you wish to return your order, just email us at email@example.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid postage label to return your items with. You'll just need to print out your postage label, fix it to the package that you'll be returning the items in, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
We can offer exchanges for the same product in a different colour, or for a different size if you've purchased a robe (subject to availability). Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to request an exchange.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send you an email notification once the returned items have been received and your refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within five business days.
If you believe you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number, and we'll arrange for the item to be returned and inspected. Items damaged after handling or washing will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes snagged and pulled threads, product shrinkage and product discolouration.
Our products are made in Portugal.
Every component of our products (even the labels) is Oeko-Tex certified, making them completely free of any harmful chemicals.
